An Upcoming Live Professional Wrestling Event

PREVIEW: Trailblazer Championship Wrestling – Monster’s Brawl 4 (10-18-25)

Every year, Trailblazer Championship Wrestling’s biggest show is undoubtedly Monster’s Brawl, the annual Halloween spectacular held every October. This year will be particularly notable, as it marks the first time that both the Trailblazer Heavyweight Championship and the Trailblazer Women’s Championship will be defended at the event. Leading up to the show, there have already been some shocking announcements, first and foremost that “The Monarch” Jeremy Wyatt will be making his Trailblazer debut. Perhaps the biggest news for fans is that Fox 4 News personality Marcus Officer will be making his professional wrestling debut, stepping into the ring to challenge Van “Bam” Winkle once and for all. This isn’t just about settling a long-running feud – Officer is also fulfilling a lifelong dream of following in the footsteps of the late and great Ultimate Warrior, bringing a personal passion to the match that should elevate it considerably.

The card itself is stacked with high-profile matches, and fans can expect a mix of intense competition, surprising twists, and the kind of drama that only a Monster’s Brawl can deliver. In addition to the in-ring action, the company’s annual costume contest will return, a tradition that always excites younger fans and families, complete with gift bags for both children and adults. Tickets can still be purchased on TrailblazerTix.com, with front-row seating available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fans planning to attend are encouraged to get their tickets early, as this is one of the most popular shows of the year.

Join me as we look at each and every announcement and get ready for this Saturday in Gardner, Kansas!

At Trailblazer Championship Wrestling – Madness, “Astonishing” Austin Mulitalo got the best of his opponent “The Rocket” Luke Anthony and scored yet another sneaky win, continuing his near one-year reign as Trailblazer Heavyweight Champion (at that time). Rather than soak in the glory of his achievement, Mulitalo decided it was best to attack his fallen opponent to further punctuate his misfortune and embarrass him. Most fans thought this was uncalled for, and Trailblazer management stepped in and suspended the champion without pay pending an investigation. Mulitalo would make small appearances here and there, acting like he had in some way repented, but the Trailblazer fans were not having it. When he popped up at Summer Stampede during the Johnson County Fair, Mulitalo was still his familiar self, gloating that he barely beat a man who had already wrestled in two other matches before facing him. Had that not been the case, I am sure we would have Bobby Joe Black as champion right now, so you better believe that a rematch against Luke Anthony is something Mulitalo better be ready for.

In the meantime, Luke Anthony has been training hard and even scored an impressive win over the monstrous Salum Gust at Trailblazer RISE. Just like in his run-ins with people like Miracle Mike James, Luke Anthony is not going to make the same mistake twice. He now knows exactly what to expect from Mulitalo and will have the determination and resilience to counter any nonsense Austin throws his way. Luke Anthony is, pound for pound, probably the best athlete in all of Trailblazer, and he will use that to hopefully outclass Mulitalo. With any luck, fans could be treated to a feel-good moment as Luke Anthony finally liberates us all from Austin’s iron grip on the championship.

In her first defense of the Trailblazer Women’s Championship, “The Phoenix Princess” Aminah Belmont will be facing Allie Quinn, coming all the way from Nebraska and Iowa via companies like Magnum Wrestling and NLW. Allie is also a former and current champion, holding the NLW Legacy Women’s Championship as we speak. Truthfully, Allie better be prepared for what she is about to be subjected to here, because “The Phoenix Princess” is not above stooping to every low she can to hold onto that belt.

Hell, even without the belt, fans have seen her use hockey sticks, nunchucks, a belt, and even a bag of baby powder to pull off questionable wins, and facing a newcomer who isn’t used to her antics might just make for a quick victory for Aminah. If there is one thing I can say, it is that pretty much every competitor from the Iowa and Nebraska area who has jumped in at Trailblazer has been tough as nails and hungry to make a name for themselves, and I am sure Allie Quinn will be no different.

Van “Bam” Winkle has been on something bordering on a holy crusade against TV personality and “the voice of Trailblazer Championship Wrestling” Marcus Officer, going all the way back to February of 2024 when Marcus stepped in to protect the lovely Miss Wendy from Winkle’s unwanted advances. At almost every show that features both of these men, things seem to escalate. Whether it is Winkle talking trash about Marcus’s parents, continuing his harassment of Wendy, or outright attacking Marcus, everyone knew this would eventually boil over. The returning Kit Sackett has sided with Winkle in all of this and even tried to blindside Marcus last summer.

Marcus could have just hired a bodyguard or something along those lines, but he went in a completely different direction and got to work instead. Training in various gyms around Kansas City and directly under people like “Yoga Monster” Mike Sydal, Marcus threw out a challenge of his own: he and a partner would face Sackett and Winkle, now known as “3’s Company” alongside their so-called artist agent Nixi XS. Marcus’s partner for the match would be none other than Sydal himself. This match will probably steal the show for a lot of people, especially me, because I want nothing more than to see the mulleted, grimace-sweater-wearing, walking HR case Van “Bam” Winkle finally get his comeuppance.

One of the matches I am seriously excited for, and one I am proud to be sponsoring, is former WLW Heavyweight Champion Moses The Deliverer taking on former CSW Champion “The Monarch” Jeremy Wyatt. This is a genuine dream match. I never thought Wyatt would step foot in a Trailblazer ring, and his arrival opens the door to a ton of fresh matchups here in Gardner, Kansas. For those who might not be familiar with him, Wyatt is often called the “King of Kansas City” and is widely regarded as one of the top wrestlers in the Midwest. His ring awareness is off the charts and he knows how to win under any circumstance, which is why he has had multiple long undefeated stretches throughout his career.

The last time Trailblazer fans saw Moses was back in 2024 when he teamed with Rahim De La Suede, only to suffer a frustrating loss to The Wranglers just as they were climbing out of a long losing streak. The miscommunication in that match seemed to signal that Moses was finished with that partnership, and now he is coming back to Trailblazer on a mission. He wants to reset his record, remind everyone what he is capable of, and represent St. Louis wrestling with pride. Wyatt versus Moses is going to be a fight worth every penny, and I am thrilled to help bring it to the fans.

We do not know much about this appearance yet, but it looks like “The Outlaw” Sadie Belle is headed to Monster’s Brawl this year, and that alone should get people talking. Belle is currently 1–1 in Trailblazer competition, and there is no doubt she will be looking to push that record in the right direction. Whether she is stepping into a match, calling someone out, or just making her presence felt, Sadie Belle is not the type to show up quietly. Whatever she is planning, I cannot wait to see what she has in store.

One of the first stops on Miracle Mike James’ hit list of former cronies is none other than “The Unnatural Disaster” Salum Gust. Gust seemed to take great pride in beating James down at RISE when Dekin Cane’s goons turned on their estranged former ally, so James reciprocated at Summer Stampede by targeting both Rocco and Salum every chance he got. Miracle Mike James even went as far as trying to collapse Salum’s lungs by crushing his chest with his foot stomp off the ropes, and you better believe that a taste of near death has done nothing but fuel the rage within Gust that Trailblazer fans have come to know and fear.

Miracle Mike James has the crowd in his pocket now, and you better believe that feeding off that energy will go a long way in this match. As James undoubtedly knows, he will potentially be fighting an extra one, if not two, people in this match, and he better keep an eye out, as both Rocco and Dekin will not be fans if this match does not go their way. This will mark the one-year anniversary of Dekin Cane’s rendezvous with a table at Monster’s Brawl 3, so he better watch out, because history in wrestling has a funny way of repeating itself.

Bobby Joe Black shocked the world not only by winning a huge tag team match alongside Johnnie Jo at Summer Stampede, but also by winning the Gold Rush Battle Royal, continuing his legacy as “Mr. Battle Royal”, and then going on to wrestle a highly competitive match against “Astonishing” Austin Mulitalo. Even in defeat, Bobby was on cloud nine. Before the match he even hoisted “Big Blue” up jokingly, probably imagining how good it would feel to hold that championship for real one day. But with great success comes a target on your back, and people like Dekin Cane cannot wait to drag Bobby Joe back down.

This time Cane is unleashing Rocco the Barbarian on him. Rocco isn’t just another big guy on the roster. He barely speaks, lives off the grid in the woods, and shows up only when there is money to be made or pain to be delivered. He is less a wrestler and more a machine built for brutality, a walking slab of violence with no remorse and no mercy. He had his own taste of almost winning the big one last year before sliding back down the ladder, and you better believe he intends to climb again, even if he has to break Bobby Joe Black in half to do it. The question now is simple: can Bobby Joe pull off one of his trademark out of nowhere wins, or will Dekin Cane’s vile crew continue their rampage through the company with Rocco smashing anyone who stands in their way?
